I’m excited that it’s Friday! Today was my last day of clearing out clutter from my house this week, because I am taking the weekend off to get outside and have fun with my family!
Yesterday afternoon I was in my craft closet (aka. one side of my master bedroom closet) looking for items to prepare for this morning’s project. There I discovered a box of craft supplies I have been saving that really needed to be weeded out.
The box of scrapbook stickers and paper was saved for my boys to use on their school projects. Sadly, they haven’t been used because they’ve been stuck away, inside the box. Out of sight and out of mind. The box needed to me emptied, items I don’t need gotten rid of, and the rest need to be stored in my craft drawers. A few of the drawers have been designated for my kids to use for their projects.
After sorting through everything I decided there was no way I was going to count every single piece for the challenge. Instead I measured how high the stacks were, since clearly there were more than 7 things.
I’m getting rid of:
- 4 inches of cardstock scraps and paper die-cuts
- 2 inches of embellishments and stickers
- 2 inches of blank cards and blank bookmarks
- and 1 cardboard box!
